The guava.city operator (the "Operator") handles only the minimum personal data needed to run the Service, as described below.
· Required: your email address (for login — we never collect passwords) · Entered by you: display name, bio, avatar image, language, timezone · Automatic: per-home visit statistics are stored as daily aggregate counts only; we do not store raw logs such as IP addresses or individual visit records.
· Email: sending login links and service notices (e.g., handle-reclaim warnings) · Profile info: displaying your home and share-preview cards · Language/timezone: rendering the screen
We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
Used for essential purposes only. · Login session (sb-*), language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) · Convenience: your-handle hint (gv-handle), post-login return path (gv-next, 10 min), editor position memory (gv-palette, gv-mark-*) · localStorage: login check cache (guava-viewer), handle picked during sign-up (gv-claim-handle), visit-count dedup (gv-visit:*), guestbook/editor drafts (gv-gb-draft:*, guava-editor-draft:*)
Your data is stored and processed on the infrastructure below, which may involve servers outside your country. · Supabase (database & auth, Seoul region) · Vercel (web hosting) · Cloudflare (image storage & email forwarding) · Resend (email delivery) We do not share personal data with any other third party.
· Access & correction: directly in Settings. · Deletion & data export: directly in Settings. Deleting your account removes your home, posts, images, and all other data. Contact us at the email below if you need help.
When the shop opens, creators only will be asked for encrypted legal-name and payout-account data for settlement purposes; this policy will be updated and announced beforehand.
Changes will be posted on this page with an effective date.
