These terms govern your use of guava.city (the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms. The Service is run by the "guava.city operator" (the "Operator"); contact us at the email below.
guava.city is a personal home (mini-home) service you assemble with widgets and skins. It is currently a free beta, and features may be added or changed without notice.
Sign-up and login use email magic links only — there are no passwords. You are responsible for your account and access to your email. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the Service (duplicate reports, claim manipulation, etc.) may be restricted.
Your handle is your address after guava.city/@. · Reserved words, banned words, and handles intended to impersonate others are not allowed. · Handle changes are limited to once every 30 days. · Handles of accounts inactive for 90+ days may be reclaimed after advance notice by email. · Handles confirmed to impersonate public figures or trademarks may be reclaimed and the account sanctioned.
You own the content you post. You grant the Operator a license to store, transform, and display it as needed to provide the Service, including share-preview (card) images. Do not post content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights of others; you are responsible for content you post.
· Impersonating people or organizations · Spam, flooding, or repeated promotional behavior · Posting content that infringes others' rights, including copyright · Illegal content, content promoting hate or discrimination, or sexually exploitative material · Abusing automation or exploiting security vulnerabilities to disrupt the Service
Users can report homes, guestbook entries, and users. The Operator reviews reports and violations and may hide content, unpublish pages, or suspend accounts. To appeal a sanction, contact the email below. We review and restore manually where warranted.
When the shop for skins and stickers opens, creators must agree to separate terms warranting that they hold the rights to all assets they upload. Details will be announced when the shop opens.
Paid items are sold on a per-transaction basis only. We do not issue any in-house currency, points, or coins. Detailed cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy. Retention of payment records: Korean e-commerce law requires records of payment and supply of goods to be kept for five years. Accordingly, **once paid transactions begin**, payment records will be retained for the statutory period in a pseudonymised form that cannot identify an individual, even after an account is deleted. The service has not yet opened paid transactions, so there are no payment records to retain, and deleting an account removes all of that member's data. This clause takes effect when paid transactions begin, and the deletion process will be changed beforehand.
The Service is a free beta; features may be added, changed, or discontinued. If the Service shuts down entirely, we will give 30 days' notice and explain how to back up your data.
The Service is provided as is. Disputes over content between users or with third parties are to be resolved between the parties; the Operator is not liable absent intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an effective date. Material changes unfavorable to users will be posted 7 days before taking effect.
